Special Angels Early Learning Center

The Special Angels Early Learning Center is a Christian pre-school based on strong Christian values. The children, from multi-cultural backgrounds, are engaged in learning and growing through our developmentally appropriate curriculums and awesome teaching staff! Our staff participate in on-going training sessions in order to expand their knowledge and integrate this learning into their lesson plans.

 Our curriculum is a blend of the A-Beka and Creative Curriculums. The A-Beka program is a research based Christian curriculum that prepares children very well for school. The A Beka Book approach to Christian education keeps learning lively, interesting, and memorable.

The materials reflect sensible theory that is firmly anchored to practicality. A Beka Book materials have been developed as a result of 50 years of actual classroom experience in Pensacola Christian Academy, one of America’s largest and most respected Christian day schools.

The Creative Curriculum is a comprehensive early childhood educational system that has been shown to promote the cognitive, language, social/emotional and physical development of young children. The Creative Curriculum is based on the latest research on how children learn best and has been shown through experimental studies to improve classroom quality and promote the school readiness of preschool children.

We are licensed by the State of Florida and monitored on a quarterly basis by 4 C’s (Community Coordinated Care for Children). Our partnership with the 4 C’s is critical in terms of working with them on the latest thinking and recommended instructional materials for enhanced brain development and achievement of developmental milestones.

We also have lots of fun at Special Angels! Our lesson plans are built upon monthly themes which translate into a well programmed series of learning modules. These learning modules incorporate very creative and fun activities.

Our goal is to make a difference in the life of a child; to love them and prepare them for life through God’s love. We achieve our goals in partnership with our parents, teachers and children.
